How long does diligence take?

It depends on the category and how complete your documentation is. Straightforward categories clear in days; regulated ones take longer because the review is real.

Who handles payment and invoicing?

The marketplace does. Checkout, order records, invoicing and payment status run end to end on MedGrid — you fulfill and get paid.

How do ShipStation and Shopify get connected?
