The program

MedGrid Account Alerts is MedGrid's text message program. MedGrid, LLC sends text messages about your MedGrid account to the mobile number you give us: verification codes, order and shipping updates, account notices, messages from your MedGrid sales rep about your account and orders, and replies from MedGrid support and Genesis, MedGrid's assistant, when you text us. We don't send marketing texts.

Which number texts you

MedGrid texts from two numbers. One sends account alerts, verification codes and replies from Genesis, MedGrid's AI assistant. The other carries conversations with your MedGrid sales rep, and replies to it go to your rep. Both are part of this program: replying STOP to either one stops all texts from MedGrid.

How you opt in

Texts are opt-in. You can tick a box beside this statement on the text updates page, when you create an account, or when you verify your number in the MedGrid portal:

The box is never ticked for you, and you don't have to tick it to create an account or buy anything. On the text updates page we also text you a code to confirm the number is yours. You can also opt in by texting START to MedGrid's number.

Once you opt in, the first text we send confirms it: “MedGrid: You're subscribed to account, order and support texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any text at any time. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed and then send nothing more. Reply START to subscribe again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The MedGrid Privacy Policy covers how we handle the rest of your information.
